Erik Lowrey founded the firm in December of 1980. Erik has practiced exclusively in civil law litigation since his admittance to the bar. In 1987, Robert R. Marshall, became second attorney in the firm. Richard Filce joined the firm in March of 2002, practicing civil litigation and estate/probate law. Shawn M. Lowrey joined the firm in March of 2003, practicing family law. Thomas Fortner joined the firm in 2010, expanding the firm's practice areas to criminal law in both Federal and State courts. In June of 2016, Kimberly-Joy (Lockley) Miri joined the firm, practicing family law. Kimberly Morrison joined the firm, practicing criminal law in 2021. In October of 2022, Andrew Arman Miri joined the firm, practicing criminal law and civil litigation.
